Program Description
The Oregon’s Weatherization Assistance Program is designed to help low-income residents save fuel and money, while increasing the comfort of their homes. Weatherization Assistance Programs provide conservation services, health and safety repairs, heating system repair and replacement, base-load measures, and energy education to households.
Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of the state of Oregon.
In order to qualify, you must also have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below 60 percent of the State Median Income:

Priority is given to seniors, people with disabilities, households with children under the age of six, high residential energy users, and households with a high energy burden.
