Program Description
The First Responder Counter-Terrorism Training Assistance Program provides training to enhance the capabilities of first responders in managing the consequences of terrorist acts.
Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be or have been either a firefighter or an emergency response worker.
