Program Description
PeopleSmart, an Indian Health Service (IHS) recruitment and retention initiative, is designed to develop a culture of caring, emphasizing loyalty and growth among those working within Indian health programs while supporting the retention of Indian Health Service clinicians and other health care professionals.
Program Requirements
In order to be a participate in this program, you must be a qualified health care professionals seeking to serve American Indian and Alaska Native communities.
