All Kids Share and Premium Level 1 are jointly funded by the state and federal governments. All Kids Rebate and Premium Level 2 are state funded. All Kids Assist is the Medicaid portion of Illinois’ health care programs for children.

Program Requirements

In order to qualify for All Kids Share, Premium or Rebate, you must be a resident of Illinois, under 19 years of age, and meet certain insurance requirements.
